Indigenous Employment
GreenGlass recruits, trains and employs Aboriginal workers for Newmont and other resource sector and civil construction companies.

GreenGlass seeks to create practical and flexible employment models which actually work. We specialise in working with Indigenous Australians to create opportunities for long term and sustainable employment in mining, hospitality, transport, as well as the retail industry.

GreenGlass offers a range of employment solutions for your business. Our key objective is the successful placement of local Indigenous candidates with a particular focus on developing employability within a commercial environment.

  • Sourcing for direct employment – we can find the right person for your business. Our team are well-skilled in identifying the individual capabilities of our candidates and the cultural fit in which they have within our clients worksites. We then partner with the business to mentor and ensure the candidate settles into the workplace.
  • Labour Hire – we can provide you with fast access to a workforce of staff to fill any labour gaps that appear in your business. We’ll take care of the paperwork and payroll headaches!
