GreenGlass provides ongoing training and skills development for our employees working towards Certificate III level qualifications, primarily in plant operations and/or resources and infrastructure.

GreenGlass aims to do two blocks of training each year, and many of our employees have attained a Certificate III in Plant Operations. We partner with the Northern Territory Government, and our Registered Training Organisation is Civil Train.

GreenGlass also seeks to manage fines, and to ensure all employees are able to obtain a car license. We gradually progress through the range of truck licenses and associated tickets, such as forklift and elevated work platforms.

Other skills training provided includes chainsaw operation, chemical user certificates, poly welding and the use of hand and power tools.
